Shipping policy

At Stella Weds, we know how important it is for your supplies to arrive in good time, especially when you are working to a special date. Our small family team packs and sends your orders with care, so they reach you quickly and safely.

Fast dispatch

We keep things simple and speedy:

Order before 12 pm (midday), Monday to Friday, for same working day dispatch.
Orders placed after 12 pm are dispatched on the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

You will see a dispatch message on each product page so you always know what to expect before you checkout.

Please note: Orders placed after 12:01 pm on Friday or over the weekend are usually dispatched on Monday.

Standard delivery (Free)

Cost: Free on all UK orders.

Estimated arrival:
Most parcels arrive within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. This includes both the time it takes us to send your order and the time it takes our delivery partners to get it to you. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, adverse weather, or bank holidays.

Standard delivery is ideal for everyday orders and regular top ups of your favourite supplies.

Express delivery

Need your order a little sooner?

Express delivery: £2.00 per order.

Estimated arrival: 1 to 2 working days.

This option is perfect when you are on a tighter timescale and want your items to arrive as quickly as possible.

Delivery partners

We choose the most suitable service for your order based on size, weight, and value, so it reaches you safely and in good condition.

We typically use:

Royal Mail for smaller and lighter parcels

UPS for larger or heavier orders

You do not need to select a carrier at checkout. We will take care of that for you.

Missing, delayed or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived when expected, or something is not quite right, please get in touch so we can help.
